¯ ELLERY — David H. Devine, 55, of Lakewood, was charged with failure to dim high beams, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:26 p.m. Dec. 10 on Ellery Centralia Road. An investigation found that Devine was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.
¯ ELLERY — Brouk C. Jansen, 40, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and fourth-degree felony possession of stolen property. Based on information provided by law enforcement in Missouri, deputies at 8 a.m. on Thursday conducted a warrant check at a residence on Mahanna Road in the town of Ellery. Jansen, who was located at the residence, was wanted in Missouri for failure to appear, non-support, driving while suspended/revoked and tampering with a motor vehicle. As Jansen was wanted outside of New York state, she was charged with being a fugitive from justice. She was also allegedly found in possession of a stolen vehicle. Jansen was transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

A Fredonia man, who allegedly sent an intimate video of himself and another individual to a third party, has been charged with a number of crimes.
State Police reported Zachary Cave, 34, was charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substances by ultimate users original container.
Troopers received a complaint alleging that Cave sent an intimate video of himself and the complainant to a third party without her permission. Evidence was secured and an arrest warrant was obtained. Troopers located Cave driving on Bennett Road in Pomfret and initiated a traffic stop.
Cave exhibited signs of drug impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest. A search of Cave’s vehicle revealed three loose Buprenorphine films. Cave was processed at Fredonia and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
